Wondering where you can get Invisalign Teen in Edmonton, Leduc, and Sherwood Park? Pure Orthodontics offers it! Invisalign Teen options can fit perfectly into the life of a teenage orthodontics patient. Instead of the wires and brackets of traditional braces, the Invisalign Teen system aligns your teeth with a series of personalized aligners that are comfortable, convenient, and clear. This makes them virtually undetectable. Instead of noticing your braces, your friends will only notice your smile, especially as it gets straighter!

Invisalign Teen options are convenient and simple. You simply insert the customized aligner and wear it for at least 20-22 hours a day. That’s it! The aligners can be removed when you eat, allowing you to continue to enjoy popcorn at the movies or a fresh, crisp apple.

They can also be removed when you brush and floss your teeth, saving you time and effort, and helping you maintain good oral hygiene. The aligners can be easily cleaned using Invisalign cleaner or they can be brushed and rinsed before re-insertion. If you play any sports that require mouth guards, you can also remove and safely store your Invisalign aligners, replacing them when the game is done.

Your aligners come with blue indicators that fade over time when they are being used as directed, so that you and the team at Pure Orthodontics in all five Edmonton, Leduc, and Sherwood Park offices can rest assured that you will get the most out of your Invisalign Teen system, in the least possible amount of time. As well, we know that in a busy teenager’s life, sometimes the unexpected happens. That is why all Invisalign Teen patients receive up to six replacement aligners if any aligners are misplaced or damaged—all included in the standard cost of treatment.

The Invisalign Teen process begins with a consultation with Dr. Hussain to determine if it is a good fit for your orthodontic needs, unique case and lifestyle. Then, Pure Orthodontics will take impressions and x-rays of your teeth, which will in turn be used to create 3D renderings of your teeth. These will be used to map out how your teeth will move during the entire length of your treatment.

Aligners will then be custom-crafted to gradually align your smile to the optimal position. The number of aligners needed will depend upon the treatment plan. After two weeks, you will exchange your old aligners for new ones, which will continue to align your teeth toward their new position.
